Embossed process is the stainless metal sheet through large numerical control mechanical equipment and precision pattern mold in physical extrusion mode to make the board surface appear all kinds of exquisite concave and convex pattern. And the length direction of the embossed plate is basically unrestricted. At present, stainless metal embossed board is suitable for decoration of elevator car, ceiling and metal curtain wall Art furniture and other areas.
Embossing rolling is done with a patterned work roll, which is usually processed with an erosive liquid. The concave and convex depth on the plate varies with the pattern, about 20-30 microns. Common stainless steel embossed plate is 304 stainless steel, 304L stainless steel, 430 stianless steel .
Stainless steel embossed plate commonly used surface coloring methods are: electrolytic coloring, retro old, vacuum titanium plating. Electrolytic coloring: can do black, purple, peacock green, emerald green, rose and other customized colors. Retro old: can do brass, copper, bronze and other customized colors. Vacuum titanium plating: gold, champagne gold, black titanium, bronze, rose gold customized colors .
